This post is simply to offer an apology to the community for a rather long (3 months!) gap in posts. The reasons boil down to a combination of summertime vacation travel (Paris in July!); a couple of demanding consulting projects; and a stretch of lovely, late-summer weather that absolutely required me to spend most of my spare time in the woods and mountains. But the weather has turned (snow in Rangeley today); and so this neglected space will be getting more attention.
